Magnificent view, really foot in the sand!!!!

The apartment is really a foot in the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Distance of approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We have been renting the apt for more than 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families staying with us. Maximum Airbnb Assessment! In the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting hosts. We have contracts with laundry, air conditioning company and a person of the "Do Everything" type that is available 24 hours. Cleaning and' excellent staff, are with us from the beginning.

Family apartment. Pet friendly. New and finely decorated, in Riviera de São Lourenço (module 8), the best and safest beach on the north coast of SP. Wi-fi, 3 dorms. (1 suite), air-conditioning in all the rooms, barbecue on the balcony with amazing view of the Atlantic forest and the sea. Only 100 meters. walkable from the beach, with umbrella service and chairs. Outdoor pool and indoor pool , cinema, games room, bathroom, square, academy, dry sauna and Umida. 120 km from SP.

Beachfront apartment on Riviera São Lourenço

My space is called "Feet in the Sand", all you have to do is cross the garden to get to the beach. Ideal for family with children. The apartment is well planned and cozy. It's newly refurbished, has all the basics of cooking. The condominium has beach service, adult and children's heated pool, living room/TV, playroom, barbecue and parking. Located in module 4, 10 min walk from the shopping center. You're gonna love my space. The view and location are spectacular.

Riviera de São Lourenço Sand-foot apartment!

The apartment is very comfortable in sight is beautiful , it is practically on the sand with beach service with chairs and tent. We have an adult and heated children's pool. The decor and light and beautiful ,we have everything a house needs if you need help we have a great employee who charges the daily rate separately ,we will be in touch. I'm sure you will enjoy it very much. This is a paradise !!We're near the mall,restaurants,golf course,tennis court...
