charming little apartment in the middle of BI

My beautiful little apartment is located quite centrally in Bielefeld. It is only a 20-minute walk to downtown. A bus stop is also around the corner. Everything necessary for everyday life is quickly done by an Edeka and Lidl can be reached in 2 minutes. The attic apartment is super bright, all the neighbors are very nice and the entire house super quiet. The apartment is located at a large intersection, you can hear quite a lot of traffic, so if you are very sensitive to noise... then rather leave your fingers of it:)

The guest area is located on the 2nd floor under the roof and includes a 12m² small bedroom and a kitchen. The 140cm wide wooden bed is intended for one person. Together we use the well-equipped kitchen as well as bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Bath and towel are provided. You are also welcome to stay in the garden. Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den Externsteinen oder dem Hermanns-Denkmal oder in den nahen Teutoburger-Wald. Our small guest oasis to the garden

Our cozy guest room is located on the ground floor with access to the garden. A shower room/toilet is connected via the short hallway. I can offer a small breakfast in my kitchen or put in the fridge on request from 7 a.m. onwards. We live in the rural area of Steinhagen at the gates of : Halle/W. 10km / Gütersloh 12km / Bielefeld 18km. I prefer female guests, yet all requests are always answered individually, gentlemen : )

The attic of this quarry stone house , built in 1865, was completely newly built . It has a wonderfully quiet location with views of fields and trees ! Getting to rest is guaranteed here! Within walking distance you can reach the golf course and a lake around which you can walk or jog wonderfully. Bike tours can be easily planned from here from here... It is about 5 km to the beautiful old town
