Welcome in our lovely apartment of 34 m2 ideally located, 1st floor without elevator in a small condominium. It has been refurbished with a half industrial style, half old thanks to its pretty exposed moldings in the living room. Close to all amenities, the train station is 1 bus stop ( less than 10 minutes on foot). You will find a maximum of comfort for 2 to 4 people or for a family. Located a 5-minute walk from the quays of Rouen where the Armada de la Liberté will take place in 2023.

Dans une des rues les plus charmantes de Rouen, ce logement est idéal pour trois personnes ( possible pour 4, mais la deuxième chambre est beaucoup plus petite). Il est tout proche à pied du centre ville, dans une très belle maison du 19eme. Sur deux niveaux, chambre parentale et salle d'eau au premier, petite chambre et cuisine/salon au deuxième. Très lumineux avec une belle vue sur le centre de Rouen au deuxième niveau, il est décoré et équipé pour que vous passiez le plus doux des séjours.

Refurbished 2 room apartment of 33 m2 in the extension of our house in a residential area on the heights of Rouen, close to all shops and a bus stop ( Fast 1 stop Parc Andersen ). Very quiet because it overlooks a courtyard. Possible parking just in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs bedroom under the attic. CAUTION: €15 surcharge if you use the sofa bed unless you bring your down. WE SPEAK ENGLISH!
