Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm includes smaller forest areas and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, soccer games. The apartment accommodates three bedrooms (6 people), but the possibility of an additional 4-6 overnight stays on the sofa bed and loft. Here are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fishing cleaning area and a lovely large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langelandsfortet, wild horses, stone slopes, bronze age mounds, small 400 meters from the house is Langelands Golf Course or Langelands Lystfiskersø.

The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right by hiking and biking routes.
