Welcome to La Mignonnette A cozy, romantic, cocooning and peaceful place north of the Landes. Close to the lake (1.5 km) , Bordeaux Merignac (45 minutes) , Arcachon dune du pyla (35 minutes) and 100 m from the cycle path (SANGUINET /Biscarrosse) Cottage for 3 people , shared with the main house, WITHOUT VIS TO VIS with the owners, and the terrace part is private as well only one reserved parking space. The cottage has: - A bedroom with 1 bed in 160 cm and j -A mezzanine with a bed 90cm.j -Bathroom with sink, wc, shower cubicle and storage cabinet ( + hair dryers). - A living room with 3-seater sofa, TV, and wifi. -Equipped kitchen, dishwasher,toaster , kettle, senseo, dishes, ..... - A storage room, with fridge - freezer, microwave, and storage. - A private covered terrace not overlooked with the owner, including table and 4 chairs, as well as a swing for two, a barbecue and a relaxation area.... - A parking space (closed at night) ACTIVITIES Walking, horseback riding and biking. All water activities - lake parking, swimming of course very secure for children, windsurfing, catamaran, stand up paddle boarding , canoeing, pedal boat, dinghy... - Ocean coast (surfing , surfing and swimming school... stand up paddle boards) EXITS - July-August, at SANGUINET night market every Saturday night, and in Biscarrosse beach every night.
