Partially newly renovated. Spacious home where many can fit, share with family or friends. One bedroom has a double bed. Other rooms have bunk beds. The property also has a dorm if you are many. Duvets, pillows, sheets, and towels are included. No bath towels. Kitchen with equipment for self-catering, kitchen towels, dish soap, etc. included. Toilets and shower. Soap and toilet paper are included. Living room and lovely patio with barbecue in the garden and nice green areas. wifi is included throughout the property.

Nice villa with the sea as your closest neighbor

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås there is a private small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Villa Sharevik is a fresh accommodation for both individuals and groups. Made for family weekend, 50th birthday party or team formation day for your company! It is located in the middle of the harbor level in Hörvik, just a couple of meters from sailboats, and beaches. In the summer you can rent individual rooms or the whole house. During the low season, we only rent out the whole house. Newly renovated where sheets, towels & cleaning are included. During the summer, simpler breakfast can be offered.

We rent out our large wooden villa from the end of the 19th century during the summer. It is old and we have been renovating it during the last years. Now its almost finished, newly renovated in old style. The house is spacious with over three meters in ceiling height, old wooden floors and beutiful original windows. It is located just outside the city center and has a large garden and two parking spaces.

Stort hus med lyxig känsla precis vid havet i soligt sydvästläge! Njut av lugnet, ta ett dopp vid stranden precis nedanför eller tänd grillen och stanna kvar vid poolen och och låt kvällssolen värma.
