Elegant apartment in Genoa

Please, read carefully the following desriptions that will be relevant for the check in and along your stay in the flat: 1) The home automation system: The house is technologically manageable through a display at the entrance . From there you can manage the temperature of the habitat (air condition), the lighting, the music. To listen to the music you can use airport or connect your smartphone/ipod to the relevant cable through the headphone output and turn on from the display (if you have any problem you can write me to have quick instructions and/or ask me to select options by remote access); 2 ) the kitchen rings: note that it is a little bit tricky sometimes to detect the pans whereas the burner is a very performing one. Please use a special care because it is delicate if you cook when the base is dirty. Francesca will show you the product to use in case it gets dirty. 4) You will be shown where to find kitchenware and accessories like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea bags 5 ) electric window system: the kitchen window is the only one that is not manual. You will find a bottom to open it electrically. 6) outside lights. Very charming in the evening. You can enjoy the view in the garden turning on the outside lights. Find in the display the 3 options (segnapasso, esterno facciata, piante). 7) you'll be delighted by the quality of the cuisine “Lago”. However it is required to pay attention to the risk of damage the surface of the furniture on the left side when you open the dishwasher. That door crashes into the furniture when the latter is slightly opened. 8) Parking facility (access from the garden by private gate) Finally I ask you to avoid using shoes inside the habitat. We try to promote a healthy and “sterile” environment.

Our flat is in the city center, two steps from the sea and from the main sightseeing of our city, easily accessible by foot and by public transport. It is not far from Brignole Station. It also has free parking on the public road around the apartment. IMPORTANT: to do check in it is mandatory to provide the identity documents of all guests according to current Italian legislation. Villa Migone: a jump back into the past . .

Have an exciting stay in an historical villa surrounded by green, few steps away from the city center. A symbolic place where the Germans April 25, 1945 signed the surrender with partisans, a signature for peace and reconciliation among peoples. As per D.L. (law decree) 229/2021 (GU 309 30/12/21), starting from January 10 and until the end of the state of emergency (31 March 2022), access to housing will be allowed only to persons with Green Pass.

Entire apartment just steps from the sea in one of the most exclusive corners of Genoa. The apartment is located in Cape Santachiara between two ancient fishing villages, Vernazzola and Boccadasse. The driveway is pedestrian only. About 80 meters on foot to reach the apartment from the driveway. It is located in an old seaside dwelling, renovated with refinement.
