The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Mill Cottage

My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the countryside. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.
