Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Large south facing wooden terrace in lovely enclosed garden, on 800m2 plot. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house will not be rented to families with children under 8 years.
