Only 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, train station and university and within minutes walking in the green surroundings. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically situated house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is fenced and therefore suitable for infants and four-legged children.
