Quiet, relaxing, peaceful and spacious, self-contained apartment next to main house. In a quiet neighbourhood, 25 minutes walk to town centre and 30 minutes to the seafront. 10 mins walk to Brighton University and 20 minutes to Sussex University. Plenty of very frequent buses (10 mins to bus stop and 10 mins on the bus). Great garden patio seating area and views across Brighton with sea view. Outside barbeque. TV with Amazon Prime. There is free off-road parking for one car. Bicycles available.

We have free parking along the whole road - it’s 6 minutes walk to the closest train station, 20 mins walk to the sea / central Hove. By car, it's 5 mins into Hove / 15 mins to Brighton.

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat adjacent to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.
