This holiday home is in a spectacular location, set back from the clifftops of the Eastern Esplanade in Broadstairs. There is a wonderful sea-view from the balcony where you can relax. Below the cliffs lies the family friendly Stone Bay, a less crowded alternative to the main beach at Viking Bay. The beach is just a 3 minute walk away. A five minute walk will take you to Bleak House, then on to Viking Bay, the Promenade and the many wonderful restaurants and pubs that Broadstairs has to offer.

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. Spacious top floor Studio Apartment with stunning sea views, set just off the high street & 5 minutes stroll to the local beaches. Star gaze at night sky through the huge roof light over the king size bed, or take in the sun rise from the sofa or breakfast table. Centrally located but peaceful, with easy access to all the bars and restaurants and a lovely park opposite. The train station is a 5 minute walk and we have a taxi rank and a Coop supermarket at the end of the street.

Beachfront apartment with patio and amazing sea view. Baydream Apartment is a self-contained space built on the side of our house. It's comfortable, spacious, light and airy. It has its own front door and parking on the drive as well as free parking on the street. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, it's Blue Flag assures good water quality. We are far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre.

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

Welcome to our self-contained annexe which is connected to the family home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Broadstairs. We live 15 minutes walk from Joss Bay and 20-30 minutes walk from the town centre, train station, supermarket and bus routes. Unless you enjoy a lot of walking, the Annexe is best suited to those with a car. The annexe overlooks a spacious family garden which is used by two dogs and children.
