Spacious 3 bedroom house on Bruny Is. Fully fenced with huge verandahs on 3 sides and 180 water views. Gas and wood bbq, fire pit, large entertaining areas with tables and chairs on both. Easy, ample off road parking for cars and boat trailers with boat access at Daniels Bay jetty and small boat access ramp at 3 possible sites within 20-50 meters of house. 2 x plastic kayaks, paddles and pfd available. Fully appointed kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. Sandy beach access 100m from house.
