The annex has its own entrance with key box and is suitable for 4 people and 2 well behaved dogs. There is a small pretty, well fenced garden with an attractive patio over looking open fields and woodland. Downstairs there is a well furnished L shape lounge/diner with log burner. Utility room where dogs can sleep. A loo. A small well equipped kitchen. upstairs there is a bathroom with shower & bath. 2 spacious bedrooms with beautiful views both with Hypnos beds. 1 double & 1 king size
