My place is close to coast of Boka bay, port of Kotor, 15mins walk from old town, San Giovani fortress, Hospital, Police station, Post office, near the beggining of the hiking track Vrmac, 50m to the beach, bakery, restaurants, market, shops, pharmacy shop... You’ll love my place because of my lovely balcony and the view, the ambiance, the comfy bed, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 17th century and completely renovated in 2021. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style and stone rustic with modern amenities. Back of the house has lush green garden for relaxation. Set in a peaceful Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. House is all renovated(2019-2020). house is near the sea,about 30 m.each room looking on the sea.House have AC.there is a beautiful garden(150m2garden+terrace) for guests and terrace.. My place is quite and homey. It has a great location, just 2 steps from the sea. It's perfect for any type of travellers, also booking for events is available.
