We are located a few kilometers from the Vienna city border, 15 km from the city center of Vienna and a few meters from the border to the Babenberg city of Mödling, very romantic and hidden on a green island surrounded by Mödlingbach, you can enjoy and relax with us after the impressions, experiences and stresses of the day with us in the countryside, the tranquility and the biodiversity of the nature of the garden. And yes, we also live here, the house has 2 floors per floor 130m2 so enough space for everyone :)

Wir liegen einige Kilometer von der Wiener Stadtgrenze, 15 km vom Wiener Stadtzentrum und wenige Meter von der Grenze zur Babenbergerstadt Mödling entfernt, sehr romantisch und versteckt auf einer grünen Insel umgeben vom Mödlingbach, du kannst nach den Eindrücken, Erlebnissen und Strapazen des Tages bei uns im Grünen die Ruhe und die Artenvielfalt der Natur des Gartens genießen und entspannen. Und JA, wir wohnen auch hier, das Haus hat 2 Etagen pro Etage 130m2 also genügend Freiraum für alle :)

Es erwartet Sie ein stilvolles Ambiente mit Pool und zwei großen Terrassen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage mit Sicht auf den Neusiedlersee. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses erwartet Sie eine idyllische Sicht auf die schönsten Weingärten unserer Gegend. Das Haus hat einen großen Wohnraum mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafsofa welches weiteren Platz für zwei Schlafplätze liefert. Es befinden sich zwei Badezimmer im Haus welche eine Dusche und eine Badewanne beinhalten.

And if you want to visit the big city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and stand in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center after 30 minutes. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain biking routes, and lots of cultural things to discover.

Vegetable garden, sheep, the adjacent sculpture park with the Neue Kastell, easels, workshop etc. complete the nature and cultural experience. Only 10 beds, but extra sleeping arrangements are provided! Chill in the pool, painting or yoga with sheep - you'll like it!
