Skiin/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and high mountain terrain east behind the cabin. A great hiking trail into the Silk Valley. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice bathing areas. The area is known for good skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of uphill cross-country ski trails, 18 lifts and 49 slopes. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Cozy apartment close to Gaustatoppen. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and duvets and pillows in all beds. There is also access to a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. The apartment has a glazed porch with direct views of Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatn. There is a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment complex. Short distance to all amenities at Gaustablikk. Has been maintenance on the building this summer, but they are done now. Laundry can be ordered for NOK 450.

The apartment consists of open plan living room/kitchen, one bedroom, as well as bathroom. The bedroom consists of 2 comfortable beds, is as a double bed, but can also be separated. In the living room there is a sofa bed with space for one person, 120 cm. The apartment is in a very pleasant and calm neighborhood, with a fantastic view of Strandefjorden.
