Great beach house located on super quiet street (cul-de-sac). It has 3 bedrooms (1 suite) with split air conditioning in all of them, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. Just 3 minutes from the very quiet Praia da Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, with its clear sand, calm water and pleasant temperature. Parking for 2 cars. Cozy barbecue area and large backyard. Perfect for families of up to 6 people. It is important to note that the listing is not new, as the house has already been rented by Airbnb for two seasons, but due to the change of managers it was necessary to redo the listing.
