Curl up in the snug reading nook before toasting the ocean sunset on the terrace of this high-end seaside hideaway. Take a sunny stroll on the beach and do some whale-watching, then head home to fire up the barbecue for an alfresco meal with a view. It is a studio apartment with fantastic views of the ocean and lions head. The apartment comfortably accommodates two people and with the sleeper couch, it is ideal for a couple with a child. It is also ideally suited for businessmen who would prefer not to stay in a hotel as it is a quick 10 min ride into the city against traffic. The apartment is stylishly furnished with high end finishes and all necessary mod-cons including fridge, dishwasher and convection oven. The apartment enters into the kitchen and open plan living room. There is a breakfast nook/reading corner with a mountain view. The kitchen has a large centre island with breakfast seating for two. The lounge has a large, comfortable 2-seater couch with flat screen TV. The bed is a normal sized double bed which is exactly 2m long with a headboard and footboard and is therefore not ideal for guests taller than 6ft. The bedroom offers ample wardrobe space and the bathroom has a free standing shower. The deck leads directly off the living room, features views of the ocean and Lion’s head and is the perfect place to enjoy the magnificent Camps Bay sunsets. There is an outdoor table with comfortable chairs which is an ideal spot for the holiday maker wanting to relax with a book on the deck or to enjoy an al-fresco meal. The apartment is a 20 min walk to the Camps Bay beaches and restaurants and a 5 min walk to Bakoven beach. Everview Studio can be booked together with Everview Suite if a 4-bedroom unit is required. There is wireless internet access throughout the apartment and full DSTV access. The apartment is serviced daily Monday to Friday. The owners live on the property and are able to help with any questions or recommendations for things to do in Cape Town. Camps Bay is a stunning place, with natural beauty and unique views of both the ocean and the mountains. Walk to Bakoven beach in five minutes, or head across to Camps Bay's popular beaches and restaurants in 20 minutes. The myCiti bus stop is 100m from the house and there are 2 dedicated bus routes into Cape Town from there. There is one route clockwise around Camps Bay and another anti-clockwise. PLEASE NOTE: The bed is a normal sized double bed which is exactly 2m long with a headboard and footboard and is therefore not ideal for guests taller than 6ft. There is one free parking space for guests. Additional parking bays by arrangement only. There is a grocery store about 200m up the road (2min walk) which is open from 7am - 9pm and is well stocked, has ample parking and ATM machines.

Soak up sea breezes and uninterrupted views on the expansive wooden pool deck attached to this immaculate modern beach house. Relax on the sun loungers to the sound of the waves. Indoors, stretch out in the open-plan living spaces of two lounge areas - open planned to the kitchen and dining room areas. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. We are contactable at all times, should there be any questions needing answers to. The home is situated in the famous international landmark that is Camps Bay. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus. Clifton third beach is in fact a protected nature reserve and is one of the most breathtaking locations on earth. Clifton is home to Millionaire’s Row and is known as Cape Town’s St Tropez. There are 4 dazzling white sandy beaches separated by granite boulders. These beaches are literally a few steps away from the bungalow which is also only a kilometer away from shops, night-life and restaurants. By car, bus, Uber or walking. From the airport use either an Uber or taxi and use the address 22 Victoria Rd Clifton. Then when you arrive you will be at the parking and bus stop of third beach clifton. Walk down the steps at the bus stop side keeping right until you reach bungalow 25. You can always call us and we will fetch you from the parking as well. Access to the home is provided by key and code. Host is available to you when required. Should you need shopping and cleaning done that can be arranged. We will always check you in face to face and do a handover and explanation of how to use all the facilities.

Walk to Camps Bay Beach from a Bright, Chic Home

Start the day with a energizing coffee in the quiet courtyard before a short stroll to beautiful Camps Bay. After a day of adventure and a trip on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, unwind in serene surroundings and admire Africa-inspired artwork. The space is within my home but is private and has its own entrance and off street parking. It is a spacious bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a large luxury bathroom (including shower and bath), and a coffee station with a fridge. Outside is a small, private courtyard with table and chairs. Although there is not a view from the bedroom, it is only a 30 second walk to the beachfront. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Private entrance with parking inside secure complex. Flexible to clients needs The house is less than 100m from the Camps Bay beachfront, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. It's also close to the CBD and other popular attractions, such as the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, V&A Waterfront, and Lion's Head. MyCiti bus stops allow easy access to the rest of Cape Town, one of which is located just 100m down the road.

Mountain House is perched at the top of Camps Bay . The house has three bedrooms two with queen size beds, one with a double bed . It has two bathroom areas, two showers one bath , two toilets. A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .
