Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

Secluded self-contained annexe facing woods

Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

The Loft is situated in the tiny and beautifully peaceful village of Stodmarsh 5 miles from Canterbury which has a great country pub, The Red Lion, a stunning National Nature Reserve and ancient church all within easy walking distance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. To set our guests up for the day, we offer a selection of complementary, delicious, home baked pastries for breakfast. There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Its a nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is a BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. The pool heater is turned off end of September and turned back on beginning of May. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 15 min to Canterbury
