Private home with large lot allowing for privacy but close enough to town to easily get to restaurants and the split. Open concept living space with vaulted open ceilings. Large modern kitchen with all the amenities that you need including a water filtration system reducing the need for bottled water. Washroom has a bidet and beautiful rainfall shower with spa like feel. Queen bed in master, second bedroom contains two single beds. Both rooms are aimed to bring you to total relaxation.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage. It is located in a private gated beachfront property with only a couple of other units. The Cottage is right by the pool with a direct view of the ocean in the distance. The elevated porch catches at great breeze. It is clean and comfy with wifi, an equipped kitchen, and two bikes. Only minutes to town, but quiet. The property features a picnic table, grill, deck on the ocean, hammocks and an amazing pool. 12.5% govt tax is due upon arrival.

Rik's Getaway Cabin (M- Bassy Caye Caulker)

A peaceful tiny home made for just 2. My home is located on the south end of the island and there is a supermarket right across from the home which is perfect to buy your drinks and food. There are a few restaurants within a 15-minute walk from the home. The home is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to split or I can arrange for taxi to take you there. It is a 1.5 mile walk so do be prepared to walk. It is safe to walk. I built this for when I want to get away from Belize City so enjoy!

Corner Casa - Tiny Garden Studio in Village

This is the downstairs tiny garden studio at the Corner Casa. Small but beautifully formed. Roomy for one, cozy for two. Your own en suite bathroom, kitchenette with all the basics, - you wont be cooking "cordon bleu" but you can make some coffee, make a sandwich, cook an egg and keep your beers cold. AC and fans and a secure yard just two island blocks from the water taxi right on the Front Street. Outside you can relax on the fabulous new garden deck with a jungle feeling.

Woodpecker House - Birdhouses Luis and Lucrecia.

Birdhouses a very unique place in the sunset side of the island, in front of water. Very private and in contact with nature. Wonderful place for star gazing or bird watching, provides with wifi, cable tv, ac, king size bed, balcony with table, two chairs and a hammock. Safe, spacious and airy bathroom with hot water and a small but fully equipped kitchenette. Bicycles included! If I am booked look for my sister houses Hummingbird or Pelican in Birdhouses!
