Enjoy the most cosmopolitan and vibrant square in Madrid from your own balcony, without the inconvenience of its lively bustle thanks to its soundproofed windows, and you can also enjoy the peace of a quiet interior bedroom. Also close to the Atocha bird station, it is surrounded by three nearby metro stops: "Sol", "Sevilla" and "Antón Martín". Connected to the rest of Madrid with most of the city's bus lines. Unbeatable location to move to any point of the capital or the airport. The apartment has a double bed in the master bedroom a comfortable single extra bed (80x2.00) in the living room and, on request of guests, a crib-park for children under 3-4 years. The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! The apartment is just off of Gran Vía, the most central street in Madrid, in a colorful neighborhood called Chueca. The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Lovely studio view Plaza Mayor

With its cozy interior, this studio is enough to make you feel right at home. Being close to the noteworthy sights makes it easy to see the centre of Madrid in a short period of time. The studio isn't the biggest but for a couple visiting for a few days it is more than enough. The only thing that has to be noted is that the bedroom is accessed by a ladder.
