Unique property in the heart of the city of Merida, just two blocks from the historic center. Recently restored, it has two Master suites each with its own bathtub and shower, as well as a room with two single beds. They all have A/C , Smart TV and their own bathroom. Full kitchen with A/C , dishes and all appliances. Outdoor patio with pool, lounge chairs and hammock. It has two parking spaces. Wifi, bluetooth audio system, washer and dryer.

Hi, please review the house rules. It is great for a couple or family with 2 children. Garage for a medium car, full full kitchen, laundry center; dining room for 6 people and a king size sofa bed, 2 49"TV, one room with king size bed and full bathroom, pool. A/A in all areas. All amenities such as electricity, water and gas are included. For stays over 5 nights house cleaning and pool 2 times a week.
