If you can spent pleasent time on quite lonely quite place, where you can dream, thing, walk in beautiful nature, or visited nearest historicl places the Country house is the right choice. Hot tub, welcome wine. The chalet (4 people+ 1 extra bed) is close to a private beach for settlers. The cottage consists of a kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator. Living room with double bed, sitting area, fireplace, TV. The next room is a bedroom with 2 beds. There is a toilet and a bathroom - shower. The heating is in the bathroom floor. Elsewhere with air conditioning, a romantic fireplace in the living room to fine-tune the atmosphere. Fire pit, gas grill. Outdoor hot tub. It is not possible to have celebrations and parties.

The farm is secluded by the forest, about 1 km from the village close to the ponds. The apartment is situated in a separate property with a private entrance, which guarantees privacy independently of the permanent residents of the family. There will be a living room with a double bed and a pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months (we are happy to rent a boat or a raft).

Cottage U ŘEZBÁŘKY is the place where you will have a quiet working space, where you can send a few emails in the morning, make an important call or write a chapter of a bestselling novel, but in the afternoon you can easily run out with the kids to watch the sheep or get on a bike. It's a traditional South Bohemian farmhouse with a closed yard and its one part can be yours for a while.

Farm Polžov is a South Bohemian farm full of animals. Pets don't have access to a closed property for guests, except for sweet cats and insects... we don't miss:-) The stay is suitable for those who want to relax in nature, observe animals and stars in the evening, walk into the forest or bathe in the river. We don't recommend it for those who are allergic to animals, they are bothered by some animal droppings and those who can't stand without a TV and signal.
