Beautiful 2-room apartment to feel good!

The apartment is small but nicely decorated and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping center (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about 10 min walk away. A bus stop is about 2 minutes walk away. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. The city center is about 20min on foot.

Shopping and the interior are in the immediate vicinity and are a 10-minute walk away. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
