It is conveniently located, in a green and peaceful area of the city, yet at walking distance to the city centre. This unique small house is built of white stone, has a generous terrace, a large wonderful garden with diverse flowers, a common yard with the owner's house and a sports field. The house is located 5.7 km from Avram Iancu Airport Cluj-Napoca and 13 km from the city center, near the M43 bus station that connects Dezmir with the city. The surroundings are quiet, in an authentic Transylvanian village. The house has an electric fireplace, a kitchen, a bath with a shower cabin and washing machine.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Located only one hour away from Cluj Napoca International Airport this place it's a gem! Located in a very quiet area and within walking distance of breathtaking views over the Belis Lake! Two local restaurants are located within 5 minutes drive and Marisel Ski Slope within 20 minutes drive! The house can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 double bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed in the living room! Very good internet connection!

The house is away from the city noise, perfect for a getaway from traffic and crowd, yet 10-minutes drive to downtown. You can let the kids play around without worrying, you can watch them from anywhere inside the house and from the porch. You have all the amenities if you want to cook inside or grill outside. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher and clothes dry stand. For anything else you need, I'm always 15 minutes away.
