A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

Agua Azul: a luxurious rural woodland idyll

The guest suite is a separate unit on our woodland farm, with bedroom, kitchen and ensuite bathroom. A small seating area allows for TV viewing and relaxing, whilst the pool (private) is just a step away. A barbecue area is yours to enjoy and the seven acres (about 2 Ha) of land can be explored. There are many activities to enjoy, depending on the season, from grape-picking in our vineyard, olive picking at the right time of year and generally exploring a beautiful part of central Portugal.

Our round house creates a favorable aura for the mood. Fantastic relaxing tranquil view of the forest and hills from the large viewing window, waking up in the morning to the silence of birdsong and the sun shining through the window. Morning runs along forest paths will help you freshen up. For complete relaxation, you can soak in the jacuzzi. If you are vacationing without a car, there is a bus stop next to the house, it is takes 10 kilometres to the city. Non smoking in house.

Ideal place for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown. There is a 50-minute trail through nature 2 minutes from the house. You can easily reach the beautiful beaches of Figueira da Foz and Coimbra (Coimbra University Unesco Humanity Heritage). Montemor-o-Velho is also worth a visit, with its medieval castle, and an excellent river beach in Ereira. Excellent place for beautiful walking tours, bird watching, ciclying or just doing nothing!
