Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance of Mataelpino, a small joint village with Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment that is located in the same estate where our house is. It has a dining kitchen living room that is heated in winter with a fireplace, and a room with a bathroom. There is a mobile electric radiator in the room. In summer it is very cool to be much of a rock built. The apartment has an independent and exclusive garden area that is fenced where there is a barbecue, a table and chairs and a few garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature with many paths and routes to walk and disconnect. We will be happy to make the stay as pleasant as possible and available to help you with any questions that arise about our accommodation.

This home has peace of mind, relax with your whole family! Beautiful spacious apartment, very nice, new and only half an hour from downtown Madrid, but enjoying nature and the Madrid mountain range. Three spacious bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool shower, full kitchen with all appliances. Gated community for tranquility and enjoyment of tennis court, playground, and pool in summer.
