Beautiful, light and quiet apartment (34qm living space and 20 sqm terrace) in the old town north. The apartment is super central. Hansaring Underground and S-Bahn station (with direct connection to the airport and the trade fair) is about 3 minutes and the main train station is about 7 minutes walking. The apartment is ideal for 1 - 2 persons. In the immediate vicinity there are nice Kölsch pubs and many restaurants as well as shopping. You can find tips about the area in German and English in the apartment.

The proximity to museums, theaters, old town & in the middle of the best shopping zone in the city ,close to the Belgian Quarter,with many restaurants,bars with everything the internat. Centrical, quiet, a lot of light! Ugly from outside, nice and cozy from inside! 😄 We live here ourselves, next door. Grand piano, Tempur beds (1,80), elevator, big balcony w morning sun. Walking distance: city center, Rhine, chocolate museum, cathedral: 15-20 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants etc.: 10-15 minutes. Köln Messe: 3 stops subway, 15 min. Attention: Price plus 5% "culture tax", charged by the city of Cologne! Only non smokers, please. ❤️
