The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The quiet beach is around 400m away, mainly known only to locals. Upon entering the property you have a fully fitted kitchen/diner/lounge and a bathroom with a shower. There are beautiful sea views from the lounge. Downstairs is the bedroom....A door takes you to your private balcony overlooking the sea.

‘Pendora’ is a well appointed 3 bedroom home within a stones throw from the beach. Walking distance (albeit all uphill coming back) from local cafes & a pub & of course award winning Crackington Haven beach. Ground floor features living & dining area, kitchen, a twin room, a single room & family shower room. Access onto the balcony from the living/dining area with BBQ. Upstairs for the master suite with en-suite bathroom & views. Pets are welcome however they’ll be an additional cleaning fee.

Breathtaking views St Agnes

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Annie's cottage is a 300 year old cottage offering an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge on the ground floor. Upstairs is a double bed and a bunk bed with an ensuite shower room and toilet. There is ample off road parking with a garden outside the front of the property and a large field. Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!
