Este un/o studio/garsonieră, compartimentat astfel: baie (toaletă, cabină de duș, uscător de păr, oglindă etc), bucătărie mobilată, cameră (mobilă de living, canapea extensibilă, TV, un pat suplimentar, masă și scaune pentru a lua masa), balcon utilat cu măsuță și scăunele.
