The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Fistral Sands Beachside Flat - Panoramic Sea Views

A cosy and quaint space, with everything you need for a beach break- panoramic views from front and back of the flat, a view over fistral beach to the rear, and across the town beaches to the front! Whether you’re curled up in bed or enjoying a cuppa in the front room, the views are stunning. There is on street parking to the front of the property, but it is a central location and spaces are limited. There is a council car park 30m up the hill from the flat, and a privately owned one opposite!

My house is situated just a three-minute flat walk from Perranporth beach and village centre in a cosy, quiet cul-de-sac with offroad parking for two cars. Perranporth is an excellent base for exploring many places in Cornwall, as it's just 8 miles from Newquay and Truro. Facilities include super-fast Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, a kitchen with laundry facilities, and a bathroom with a luxurious rainhead power shower. Feel free to ask for travel advice or local tips; we're here to help! All dogs welcome.

A secluded location in the heart of Newquay. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac only 8 minutes walk to the town centre and beaches. The flat was refurbished this year to a high standard with ensuite double bedroom, hallway, kitchen lounge area and private entrance. New all electric controllable heating. Fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle. TV, free wfii, safe, hairdryer, iron, towels and bedding. Outdoor seating area for guests. The view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches only a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The coastal path is right here too, if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll soon forget you're only a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre.
