Unique 1 bedroom guesthouse, with mezzanine bedroom. Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but is is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative. Fabulous views of Snowdonia. Internet access and Smart TV with Netflix, iPlayer and more. 20m from the Anglesey costal path, where fabulous walks and a deserted beach are seconds away.

Lovingly renovated the historical signal house was built in 1841 for Liverpool Docks. The interior is beautifully presented. Property has a large driveway with off-road parking for guests and private courtyard. Property is on the ground floor with one small step into porch and one small step into the studio flat. Llyswen is situated on the village high street, a 5 minute walk to the beaches.
