Nice newly built cottage, 30 sqm, village setting, lake view

Newly built small house with sea view. Located in the small village of Sätra, nice environment for both cycling and walking. About 4 km to the center of Rättvik, about 5 km to the Dalhalla arena with many different summer music events. The guest house is located next to our residential house with lake view. Some close-knit residential buildings, yet quiet location. Combined living room and kitchen with sofa bed, a double bed will be made up. Bedroom with 120 cm bed. Room for 3-4 people. Guest is responsible for bed linen and towels (can be rented) and cleaning.

Newly-built house with sauna, fireplace and finest view

Now our guesthouse with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cabin with 6 beds, wonderful views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!

You can just relax on site or go on Finnskogen's hiking trails, go cross-country skiing in the middle of summer in the ski tunnel in Torsby, about 40 min to 2 ski resorts ( Hovfjället and Ski Sunne), We use the cottage a lot ourselves so please contact me before booking!!! Right next to the northern ski area of Järvsöbacken, 50 meters to the newly opened 6- chip lift (walk-out / ski-in), 50m to the lakefront beach and dock (across the road) with a private rowing boat, and with the northern MTB-trails literally around the corner, lies this charming log cabin with space for up to 12 people. The house is about 100 years old and consists of 2 rooms and a kitchen spread over 2 floors. 2.2 km to beautiful swimming area and 2.5 km to the island's well stocked grocery store. Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends.
