Set in a 1000 acre farm,(5 mins drive from Arrowtown and 25mins from Queenstown), there is absolutely nothing to disturb your peace and enjoyment and yet you are only a long coffee away from all the activities and thrill-seeking excitement you could imagine Friends/family want to join you, please ask us.(not to mention E bikes and a kayak for the 2 minutes away Lake Hayes.

Located in Arthurs Point, we are only a few minutes from the Queenstown CBD. Coronet Peak Ski Field/Mountain biking, 2 breweries, Gin Garden, Shotover River walks, Onsen hot pools, and multiple adventure activities are just minutes from the front door. Private off-street parking is available onsite and the public bus stop is 5 just minutes walk from the house

Barley Mow - Luxury Escape In The Mountains

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.
