Central apartment at top floor

Attractive apartment located very-first on Amager in classical redbrick property from 1924. Here you live centrally and with everything at your fingertips including within walking distance of Christianshavn Torv / Metro Station. (approximately 600 meters) The apartment: Beautiful and welcoming hall with access to all rooms. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom with granite floor and white wall tiles. Bright living room with beautiful hardwood floors. An almost equally large bedroom facing the courtyard. You live on the top floor, get a little exercise by walking up to the fifth floor (or sixth if you are from the US). Please note there's no lift and 97 stairs from street level to the flat. There are plenty of shops, takeaways and coffee places in the area The apartment is easy to reach by public transportation: When arriving with train it's a 12-13 min busride with 5A og 2A from the central station. When arriving from the airport the traveltime to my apartment is around 17 min. Take the Metro and the jump of at 'Amagerbro St.' From there it's a 600 m walk.

Bright 3 bedroom apartment on Amager, close to metro

Nice newly-renovated apartment in the middle of Amager with great light. Close to COPENHAGEN city center and close to the metro. The apartment appears in bright colors and has been completely renovated. It has 2 bedrooms with three-room beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with oven, hot plates and fridge - very well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table , as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are located at the end of the entrance, which gathers the entire apartment located on the ground floor.

The apartment has super delicious kitchen, living room and dining room in one. The kitchen has ALL the necessary equipment. Bath with soft drinks and two-person massage spa. Two bedrooms. The private courtyard faces southwest. Half is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with 5 minutes walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with DR app and Cromecast.
