The property comes with a full kitchenette, laundry and microwave. We can prep for a Romantic Dinner in the property. Most of the time we are available 24/7. The home is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood that lends itself to privacy. Beyond, there are countless beaches for fun days by the sea, expansive golf courses, historic sites, and fantastic dining and entertainment options nearby. You can use Cap Cana transport fee with in the complex by a flat rate fee of US$3 per trip.

Bungalow cosy et atypique, au charme fou…le bungalow est situé dans notre propriété sécurisée à seulement quelques pas du village et quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Le logement est particulièrement soigné, tout est fait pour vous accueillir dans un cadre idyllique et confortable. Vous disposez d’un très grand lit confortable, d’une salle de bain « tropicale » vous invitant au voyage. A l’extérieur vous disposez d’une piscine privative, ainsi que deux terrasses qui vous invite au farniente!

You're welcome to roam around the garden, relax, practice yoga or pick fruit. Nature lovers will love this place! Only a few minutes drive from the center of the town and beaches, but yet in a peaceful garden, away from the crowds and busy traffic. Nearby beaches Playa Bonita & Coson are often listed among the best ones in the whole Caribbean!

UPDATE: The neighborhood road repairs committee is taking a break. The hill has several giant holes and several smaller Ines but is still entirely passable in a 2-wheel drive car. Wake to a splendid view overlooking a flower and fruit-filled garden and of the Cabo Cabron national park across bay. The open and airy A-frame bungalow may be primitive according to some standard, but is quite comfortable. Be aware: the windows are open, so geckos, frogs, and insects may visit.

Charming independent bungalow located in the beautiful garden of your hosts with private access and parking. House under palm trees with pool and parking space

Your house with just under 50m2 is located on the edge of our property, surrounded by lots of greenery. It has 3 rooms with up to 6 beds. THERE IS A PRIVATE POOL FOR YOU! The cottage has all the comforts, a 50" flat screen, a music box and of course Wi-Fi, a large gas grill that stands on the huge covered terrace. There is a fireplace and a jacuzzi, this is not working at the moment and is unheated.
