Bright and comfortable quiet house (3 stars)

Very spacious contemporary house with lovely views of the countryside, quiet and at the same time close to amenities (500 m from shops). Main room air-conditioned. Rated 3 stars in furnished tourism. Ideally located about twenty minutes from Sarlat, Lascaux, the Eyzies, the Dordogne and the Vézère and 5 minutes from the gardens of Erignac. The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a desk for possible teleworking. The bedding is extremely comfortable.

Lovely riverside home

Come and relax in the annex of our mill. By the river in a warm village 20 minutes from Périgueux. You have direct access to the river where you can swim with a small pebble beach. The nearest amenities are 5 minutes away by car. The property is within two adults and two kids. We can accommodate two extra people on the sofa bed, for a charge.

House without neighbors, great view and large garden.

Pretty house of 80m2 of ground level on 3000m2 of fully fenced land without vis a vis (no neighbors 400m away) with a beautiful view of the countryside. You will certainly see the living squirrels in our many oaks and also all around, the rabbits and deer very present in the area.
