Large, quiet, bright room in the townhouse under roof (2nd floor), in a green, traffic-calmed neighborhood. Free parking. 3 minutes walking distance to trams and buses. Drive to the city center (Gutenberg Museum, Dom., old town...) 20 minutes, to the train station 15 minutes, to the university 10 minutes, to ZDF 5 min. Opelarena 15min walk. Various takeaways, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Modern bathroom and toilets, great condition, but not separate.

Holiday room "Bat Cave" in the beautiful Yellow Valley

Our children have now flown out and we do not only want to share the beautiful home with the bats. We live in the romantic yellow valley between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn nearby. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems. Our place is located on wonderful hiking and biking trails (Lahnhöhenweg, Lahnwanderweg, LahnWeinSteig in the village...).
