Million Dollar City Views in Stylish and Trendy Apartment

Gaze at a seemingly unending city view through the full-size windows of this condo that sits high above the downtown hustle. The 46" HDTV offers great viewing, while features like marble counter tops and ceiling spotlights add real style. • Guests are required to provide the number from a piece of government issued photo ID and present that same piece of ID on check in. This 525 sqft condo has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, private bedroom and bathroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to prep almost any meal. The bathroom features a full bath and I provide extra toiletries if you've forgotten anything. You are renting my entire apartment. Accommodations are not shared with anyone. Easily connect to my AppleTV to enjoy your own music collection or watch Netflix. Please contact me directly if you have any issues or questions. A reminder that this apartment is in a executive condo building and loud and excessive noise is not tolerated. NO PARTIES! The condo is just south of upscale shopping and dining in Yorkville. There are great restaurants and pubs around the condo and the Royal Ontario Museum is within easy reach. Church Street in the Toronto gay village is a couple of blocks away. Easy access to the subway line is available via college station - about a 5-7 minute walk and there is a bus stop seconds from the lobby. Please follow all my rules - I am a strict host - and I charge/fine guests through the resolution centre when needed. I need compliance with my rules to continue to operate in the condo (so neighbours are not disturbed) and to ensure that the unit is ready for your stay as well as the next guest's. When you arrive, you'll see that I'm not just strict with the rules, but also with making sure that the cleaning and prep are perfect. Up to 4 adults can be accommodated - 2 in the queen sized bed and 2 on the sofa-bed. Pillows and linens provided for the number of guests in the reservation. Airbnb is permitted in the building, but building staff and concierge do not support Airbnb guests (per the direction of building management). Most of my guests simply say they're friends of mine and are staying in my condo, as I do not advertise the fact that I'm an Airbnb host within the building to keep things simple.Please bear in mind that you're staying in a condo and not a hotel. The concierge has no information about your stay and cannot help you with anything. Please direct all questions to me via phone, text or Airbnb messaging.

This designer inspired condo is immaculately clean, perfectly located and fully stocked with the highest quality amenities. 5-Star Hotel Quality Beds, Linens & Towels. Chef approved kitchen setup with high quality pots, pans, knives and cutlery. Full cable TV package, smart TV, super high speed internet package. Treat yourself to my luxury amenities and feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. My mattresses, pillows, linens and towels are all 5-star luxury hotel quality. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can easily let your inner chef whip up an impressive meal for your friends and family. Enjoy two full bathrooms with showers, a spacious walk in closet and a dining table with seats for everyone. You'll have access to my entire condo including the rooftop terrace with BBQs, full gym, yoga room, spinning room, sauna and steam room. I am always available for my guests throughout their stay when they need me. Walk out back of the building to be met by a beautiful little park. It is quiet around the building, and it feels like an oasis that's close to some of the most popular attractions in the city. The Spadina Streetcar is a 2 minute walk from my doorstep which runs North / South through the city. Take it South and you'll ride along Lakeshore and arrive at Union Station which is the main transportation hub of the city. You can go anywhere in the city from Union Station and it's only 5 minutes away. Take the Streetcar North and it will bring you to the Bloor Line which runs East / West through the city. Take it West to head to Etobicoke or East to The Danforth which is Greektown. Centrally located in Toronto's best neighbourhood. Cutest park right beside the building for enjoying a nature retreat in the middle of the city. Short walk to Harbourfront to sit by the lake and enjoy the water. Loblaws grocery store and coffee shops just down the street.
