You are welcome in our cozy apartment which is very central in the north of the Netherlands. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the city of Groningen. The Westerkwartier is characterized by the beautiful scenic landscape. The provinces of Drenthe and Friesland are just around the corner. In half an hour's drive you will find the Lauwersmeer area from where the boat to Schiermonnikoog leaves. We do not serve a standard breakfast. You can have a delicious breakfast delivered via Goldenraand catering.

Forest bungalow with lots of privacy.

Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not on a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018 it has been completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own terrain of 1100m2! From the cottage you walk into the forest in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

This attractive house is located in the middle of one of the most beautiful forests in Drenthe, far away from the daily hustle and bustle. Almost invisible from the road with spacious terraces and lots of privacy. Equipped with a sauna, hot tub, lounge area and veranda. An eldorado for those who love peace and nature, but equipped with all the comforts that make a stay so attractive. Enjoy titmice, robins, spotted woodpecker and squirrels. Residential stay in Drenthe: private house, private door, kitchen, bathroom, facilities. Completely independent. Our guesthouse is located on the edge of the forest just outside Assen. It is small-scale. We have only 1 guest house in a completely detached house. Optimal privacy. The house has a spacious living room and a separate bedroom and bathroom. Wi-Fi is free and the view is over the countryside and the garden.
