Our house is absolutely perfect for family/extended family time in Edinburgh. This spacious house in a superb location provides the ideal base to explore the sights. Situated in a leafy crescent in up-market Merchiston this modern house has all the facilities of Bruntsfield and Morningside on the doorstep yet is only a short bus ride or scenic walk into the centre. With a private entrance, free parking in the drive and a lush garden all to yourselves this is the ideal place to stay. (NO PARTIES)

My place is across the road from The Royal Yacht Britannia, Ocean Terminal shopping centre, restaurants,shops,cinema. Leith Docks, many more bars & restaurants at The Shore area of Leith, also Newhaven Fishing Village. Great views, parking, outdoor space, convenient location, great bus service across the road at Ocean Terminal, buses go directly to Princes Street & Edinburgh City Centre. This cosy farm cottage comfortably sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms each with ensuite facilities. Carrick cottage is the upper level of a converted farm building. Please be aware that there is a separate apartment below with separate access and parking. A log burning stove, (first bag provided) will warm up your comfy sitting room quickly, after a busy day in the beautiful city of Edinburgh just 10kms to the north. We are surrounded by woodland walks on country tracks, with very little traffic.
