Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Only 30 minutes by car to Bern or to the Bernese Oberland. 1h to Interlaken (Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe). 1.5h to Lucerne, 2h to Engelberg (with Titlis). Heimberg is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Emmental, Bern or Thun, the Gürbetal/Gantrisch region or the mountains of the Bernese Oberland (Interlaken, Grindelwald, Jungfraujoch etc.). The studio looks west with a wide view of the Gantrisch area. Therefore the day ends with a lot of sun. Flowers bloom in the garden in front of the room from spring to autumn. The whole apartment was renovated in winter 2017 and furnished in the cosy Shabby Chic style.

I rent out a 1.5 room apartment with full facilities. The apartment we rent is only for guests, so guests do not share rooms with other people. We are located on a farm in the Emmental at the top at 1130 meters above sea level with a very nice alpine view to the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. We have a lot of animals to pet. The apartment is not accessible by public transport. You need a car or taxi to reach the apartment.
