Well Maintained Full 2+1 Apartment in the Centre

Our 2+1 apartment has 1 double full orthopedic bed and 2 single beds in the center. Up to 4 people can stay, the building usually belongs to us, there is street parking in front of the door and you can safely park your car. There are security cameras outside the building and at the entrance of the building. It is within walking distance to the desired destinations and also very close to Minibus bus stops ,grocery shopping, etc. Our apartment, which is 50 meters from the badger tea coast, is spacious, stylish, clean and has all the necessary equipment.

Perfect Location 2+1

There is Netflix YouTube and Wi-Fi on the TV in the living room. There are 2 double beds. There are usually all the ingredients for cooking in the kitchen. - Your Turkish coffees are on us :) It is in a very central location in terms of location. The building is a family apartment, so there should be no loud noise at night. You can message us for the dates and details you want. Smoking is allowed in the kitchen only. Leaving it clean is our priority request. Please send a reservation request if you will follow our house rules

My centrally located home is close to everywhere. With projection, you'll experience the full access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Exxen, and YouTube cinema scene with your loved ones. You will stay in a safe and clean place 250 meters to the train station, 200 meters to Espark Shopping Mall, 100 meters to the bar street, in the very center of everything you are looking for. Our building was built in 2021 and completely earthquake resistant, you can pay special attention to this and have a stay with peace of mind in the houses where you will stay.
