Welcome to my charming apartment! Nestled in a 3 story building, my place is on the first floor for easy access. With Wifi 100M, 2 bedrooms, one featuring a queen-sized bed, TV, desk, and chair, and the other boasting 2 cozy 80cm deep sofas, a low lift table, and a 49-inch smart TV with Netflix, the beautiful location close to all necessary amenities makes this apartment simply enchanting. Just a 5minute walk to the main entrance of the old medina, my apartment can perfectly cater to your needs.

The villa is located at the foot of the lake and 50 m from the golf tees. Access to the beach is easy on foot by crossing the wooded park. The villa is superbly decorated, very comfortable and air-conditioned. The swimming pool is heated (100dhs/day). The house staff present permanently during your stay will prepare meals according to your wishes and will carry out daily cleaning for an amount of 300 dhs/day to be paid on site. The residence is very quiet and secure. Private parking.
