Our cosy and comfortable holiday house in Falcon is nestled between the ocean and the estuary, 7km south of Mandurah town centre. The house is family friendly - we are set up with everything you need for babies and children. The house has modern and comfortable furnishings, a delightful enclosed back yard, and we are pet friendly. Just a short stroll down our street to Falcon Bay beach, or a minute's walk in the other direction to the local shopping centre and restaurants. Home away from home!

Delightful Beach retreat for you to relax just, one hour south of Perth. It has 4 double bedrooms which easily sleeps 8 adults and more if you utilise the sofa bed. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Multiple areas where you can relax and unwind. Front porch to watch the kangaroos at night or rear entertainment deck with BBQ and undercover area at rear. Our Family Holiday home, not a new hotel, but we love it! 6 min walk to the beach. Please note we do not accept Schoolies bookings.

As soon as you step through the door you will feel right at home & relaxed. This open plan, high ceiling shack is a great place to unwind. Perfectly positioned near boat ramps for ocean fishing or crabbing in the estuary. Not to mention beautiful beaches; with snorkelling, stand up paddle boarding, wind/kite surfing & surfing on offer. There is plenty of space to store all your toys for your fun filled holiday or just to lounge around & enjoy quality time with friends & family.

You will have separate entry, living room, kitchenette, 2 queen bedrooms, rumpus room with 2 bunk beds and queen bed, ideal for two families, indoor bathroom and toilet, outdoor shower toilet and vanity, 3 different outdoor areas, large lawn area, BBQ, 150m stroll to beach. Ocean views from outdoor patio. We are retired grandparents so happy to offer a babysitter service to our guests.
