The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional fisherman’s house and includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and small living area, with a balcony and a large private roof terrace. Isolated villa near the beach. The Villa is in a location very quiet and calm with an amazing view to the ocean and sunset. This is a perfect spot for a big family with kids, a group of friends or even a couple who wants some privacy and relaxing. To the beach - Caneiros Beach- is just a short walk. Very spacious house, with a nice living room totally renewed and an equiped kitchen. It has 3 Bedrooms and a 1st floor living room which can be converted into a 2p bedroom with a unique view.

Once our family's vacation house, this 3rd-floor apartment is located halfway between the town of Tavira and the small fishing village of Cabanas. The balcony provides a beautiful 180º view over the Ria Formosa Natural Park and the Atlantic Ocean. Close to a wide offer of small villages, sandy beaches, golf courses, and restaurants, it is only a 3-4 min drive away from Tavira's town center with its Roman bridge, river, and fish/farmers' market. 2 min drive to the closest supermarkets.

Excellent starting point to visit the beaches nearby (Amoreira, Monte Clerigo, Arrifana). Typical Portuguese house in Aljezur oldtown. In old time it used to be a donkey shelter ! Walls are made of Taipa (clay) which keep freshness in summer time. The house is newly totally renovated (2019).
