In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! Villa 1 km from the sea to relax with the whole family. It consists of 6 beds, two double bedrooms, a smaller one and a comfortable sofa bed for two adults. Full bathroom with everything with two sinks and washing machine. A kitchen complete with everything set pots and accessories. A dining room with a comfortable table. The villa has 3 air conditioners and wifi with no connection limits. Outside you will find a sofa with armchairs and a large table for the whole family, even a nice barbecue.

By the sea in the wild

It is a house with every comfort, (it is warm in winter and cool in summer). It's part of a large stone house on a hill overlooking the sea. It is in the center of an 11,000-square-meter park owned by us, with olive and juniper trees and Mediterranean scrub surrounded by pine and sandy dune woods, in a breathtaking landscape. Silence is undisputed and helps you relax. There are ample parking and outdoor spaces with sea views. We love dogs and cats and are welcome.
