Cozy house in quiet surroundings overlooking fields with a richly expensive on a hilly terrain (Ådal) A large south-facing wooden terrace with umbrella, barbecue and ample opportunity for relaxation. The house is on 2 levels, where the ground floor contains a large open kitchen/living room, living room, bathroom, play/children's room, entrance hall, as well as utility room with washing facilities. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a balcony on the 1st floor where the coffee can be enjoyed with a view of nature.

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is a possibility of sun morning and evening. There is an outdoor shelter, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with a constant temperature of at least 35 degrees. The villa is completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa bla. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with bla. The villa is also close to the city center and harbor. Car can be rented.

Welcome to our rich and charming holiday home in Denmark with short distance to all city amenities. 500 meters to the newly renovated Sæby swimming pool. Sæby Torv, the beach and the harbour are in short walking distance. Across the road you will find Söja's best bakeries. Great patio with barbecue and lawn, play and ball games. Lots of bikes available. Electricity and heating, TV and internet included. Parking on the property's property with room for two cars. Ideal for families with young children. Clean up after agreement.

Newly built and well-appointed 2-story villa with stunning sea views and only 250 meters to lovely child-friendly beach. Good location on quiet residential road only 45 min from Skagen. Large and bright common rooms with access to east, south facing terrace and patio with dining areas, barbecue and evening sun. Lovely rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and views of the Kattegat. Large bathrooms on both floors - both shower and bathtub on the 1st floor. Large newly built garden with buried trampoline, swings and playhouse.

Super cozy and kid-friendly villa

Super kid-friendly villa with plenty of children's activities. We hope our guests follow themselves at home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is 2 km to the beach, the city and Knivholt forest. There are 7 sets duvets and pillows for 7 beds. Bed linen, duvet covers and towels are also ready for you. There is a travel cot and 3 high chair for children. We are a family with children and hope you take care of our things.
