Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

All apartment in the Black Forest!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. My parents (Rolf & Birgit) live in the lower apartment, welcome all guests warmly and make the check-in. The accommodation can only be booked without animals. Absolute smoking ban in the house! Smoking allowed on the balcony (close the balcony door!). After consultation with my parents, the barbecue and the garden can be used. My parents are also happy about contact with the guests. In the apartment there are some board games and the like.

Our "Apartment Talblick", renovated in 2022, is located in our old, original Black Forest farmhouse with beautiful views of Oberharmersbach and the Brandenkopf. The apartment was earlier part of our single-family house and is now separated from the back basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 persons. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more (pull-out double bed). Bathroom is accessible through the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
